Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Braziliana’s services, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, we recommend that you do not use our services.
2. Nature of Services
Braziliana offers purchasing, shipping, and support services for importing products from the United States to Brazil, including:
- Purchase products directly through the website or via shopping list.
- Air transport with tracking, in partnership with Correios do Brasil.
- Guidance on customs declarations and customer support.
All products are purchased on demand and are subject to US and Brazilian regulations.
3. Purchasing Process
- You can purchase at any time, with or without assistance from our support.
- Products are automatically added to the cart, with values calculated in reais or dollars, depending on your choice.
- We offer a Purchase Guidance service for products not available on the website, upon request for a quote via WhatsApp.
4. Payment Methods
We accept Pix, credit cards, and, in some cases, direct transfers. All transactions are protected by security systems.
5. Shipping and Tracking
- Orders are shipped by air freight, with tracking available on the Correios website, in the “My Imports” section.
- The average delivery time is 10 to 15 days, subject to variations due to flight conditions or inspections by the Federal Revenue Service.
- We offer the option of insurance to cover theft or loss, limited to the declared value of the product (excluding shipping).
- The maximum weight per box is 27 kg. Purchases above this limit will be split into more boxes.
6. Fees and Taxation
- Service Fee : Calculated based on the total weight (products + packaging), at US$ 39 per kg. Example: 4.1 kg x US$ 39 = US$ 159.90.
- Taxes : Not included in the service fee and must be paid directly to the Federal Revenue Service via the Correios portal. All purchases are subject to taxation, even small amounts.
- We provide support with guidance on tax payments and customs declarations.
7. Cancellation
- Because products are purchased on-demand, cancellations incur a flat $100 fee, covering the costs of purchasing, shipping, packaging, and returns, regardless of the reason or time elapsed since the order was placed.
8. Limitations of Use
- Our services are intended exclusively for personal use. Purchases deemed to be intended for resale may be denied by the Federal Revenue Service.
- Items prohibited by Anvisa or the Federal Revenue Service (such as weapons, flammable products, or prescription medications) cannot be shipped. See the full list at: https://consultas.anvisa.gov.br/#/dossie/ .
9. Warranty and Liability
- Braziliana guarantees proper packaging and shipping of products. After delivery to the carrier, the customer is responsible for tracking, paying taxes, and resolving disputes.
- In the event of unauthorized import (e.g., incorrect registration data or a ban by agencies such as Anvisa), the order may be returned abroad. Braziliana offers guidance and support, but is not responsible for the decisions of regulatory agencies.
10. Problems with CPF
- Irregular CPF : Orders with an irregular CPF will be returned. Check your CPF status at: https://servicos.receita.fazenda.gov.br/Servicos/CPF/ConsultaSituacao/ConsultaPublica.asp .
- CPF Mismatch : If the CPF doesn’t match the recipient’s, the order will be returned. Correct the information on the website where the purchase was made.
11 – Credits in portfolio
Only available up to 90 days after insertion into the wallet, after this period the values expire and you will not be able to use them again.
